2007 RACE INFORMATION

2 Conventional Open Swim Races and 2 Swim with Fins Races

1500 meter (0.9 mi) and 500 meter distances

Triangular course; Patrolled by kayakers and lifeguards

9 AM - Check in starts
9:30 On-site registration ends. Swimmers meeting begins
10 AM - Swim Races start
Awards immediately to follow races

$25 pre-registration
$30 the day of race
All Contestants will receive a swim cap and tote bag

Age group prizes
Children age 12 and over are encouraged to participate.

RACE RULES

Conventional Rules:
Wet suits OK if water temp < 26 C (79 F)

Special Maximum Velocity Rules:
Fins, hand paddles, and snorkels permitted
